About the role
You own a client-facing post-sale role, growing, servicing and retaining your existing customer base.
You build a strategic relationship with the customer – ensuring customers achieve the highest level of satisfaction and advising them on long-term growth strategies. You meet with both the customer and colleagues to learn as much as you can about the account to best offer support to the client.
You successfully manage and support your account base as the day-to-day contact for your accounts. You increase retention rates for your account base by providing excellent customer service and flawless execution. Furthermore, you identify opportunities to unlock additional revenue within existing accounts. You own the creation and execution of an account plan, building a pipeline by qualifying opportunities with discernment. You negotiate, and close new deals.
You build and cultivate long-term relations and opt for building long-term trust over quick sales wins. You offer new services or products to existing customers as relevant and necessary, and you maintain a positive relationship with existing customers and the company.
You work cross-functionally and act as a liaison within and beyond the Customer Success Team (Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, (pre-)Sales, Service) to ensure successful setup and maintenance of accounts. You work closely with pre-sales to determine the integration requirements for the customer. Serving as a communication hub between existing customers and the company, you take ownership and solve any customer complaint or issue.
You refine and evolve the sales process in collaboration with the Customer Success Team leading to repeatable sales motion for upsell business.
You drive a value-based sale, specifically tailored to address the business needs of an existing customer and with a deep technical understanding of their challenge and opportunity to succeed.
About you
Whether you have just a few years’ experience within the OTT/Streaming business, or you are an industry veteran, you are honest, determined, competent, decisive, eager to learn, persuasive, timely, and self-confident.
Furthermore, you
● have completed a relevant education on Higher Vocational or University level
● have a sound Technical Acumen: a strong understanding of OTT and Streaming solutions, and how Unified Streaming’s products add value for customers
● have excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and nonverbal communication, the ability to handle conflict, teamwork, empathy, listening, and a positive attitude
● are flexible and positive, able to listen, and communicate well, which we deem important criteria for success at work
● prioritize when faced with (time) pressure and continue to act effectively and tactically. You perform well under time pressure, setbacks and in case of complications
● enjoy working closely with pre-sales and support to resolve a customer’s technical challenges and facilitate a solution elegantly oriented to the customer’s business need and long-term strategy
● present complex subjects in terms that are understandable and simple for everyone
